Description
Explore Meaningful Aspects of Your Life Story
In this seven-week workshop, instructor Sheryl Sieracki will guide you in exploring themes that have been influential in shaping your life. Each week you will write two pages about a theme at home; share your story in class; and receive positive, supportive feedback. Note that this is not a class on writing mechanics but rather a way to gain insight into your life through your memories and stories. Space is limited; Reserve your spot now!
Workshop Overview
This workshop uses guided themes and reflective questions to help participants explore meaningful aspects of their life stories. Each session introduces a specific theme, providing an opportunity to write and share personal reflections. Sharing your stories gives context and meaning to your experiences, while hearing others' stories can spark memories and connections. This is not a writing workshop; rather, it is a space to begin organizing memories, gain insight into your life, and find deeper purpose and meaning.
